The water bath type pasteurization line is made of stainless steel, which has no pollution to processed food and meets national food hygiene requirements. The packaged sauce, mustard, kimchi, milk, canned food, seasoning, meat and poultry food cans, bottled series of finished products are continuously sterilized at high temperature (boiling water). Then automatically enter the cooling section for rapid cooling, then enter the dryer for drying and finally quickly pack.

The water-bath pasteurization line uses stainless steel mesh belts for transmission, stable operation, reliable performance, and will not damage the processed materials.

The water-bath pasteurization line uses low-temperature water as the medium to sterilize the materials at low temperature. There are electric heating tubes and temperature controllers in the pool, which can effectively package the sterilization effect.
